is anyone else experiencing slow down hitches and freezes. and RAM usage from opera beta now maxes out my RAM.
the browser makes my PC just very sluggish, when, before this update it was cruising along fine, using other apps and even consuming content.

Youtube is particularly bad.

does this have anything to do with Manifest V3?

Does anyone know where the setting is to use my current desktop wallpaper when i start Opera?

My daily changing desktop was always mirrored in my browser, now it's not.

did i miss a setting somewhere?

or did they just remove it to push their new themes?

In previous version i could set my daily changing desktop wallpaper as my background in opera.
Not seeing that anymore.

Why was this feature removed?

If not removed, where is it now?

still having that extension upgrade nagging annoyance..
However, i wanna know if there will be settings to adjust color schemes for the browser for ourselves?
is there a development/feature roadmap available somewhere??

@leocg: i go to the extensions manager page as you indicated but none of the extensions show any indicators that they need to be upgraded or updated.. in the update section there are none listed either.

Opera inserts a bar just under the address bar telling me there is an extension upgrade requiring additional permissions, but Does Not name the extension.

i have gon through each of the extensions and none of them is requesting an upgrade.

having a an annoyance: i keep getting notices about extension needing to be upgrade, but when i click the butto to go to extensions, i cannot identify which extension needs to be upgraded.

only happens on this beta. on windows 11.

am i the only one experiencing this?

Loving the islands, but their implementation is very buggy. Browser crashes, taking my pinned tabs in each of the three workspaces.
Have to repopulate those workspaces with the pinned tabs after each crash.

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with speed dial page being blank?
Tried refreshing, nothing changes.
had to restart the browser a couple times.

why when i go into the settings to disable tab snoozing, my tabs are still being snoozed.
this is leading to some very undesirable behavior that affects tabs that i need to not be snoozed.
