I need some help with an issue with my Opera subscription.
I started a subscription and canceled it right away because I didn’t want to be charged. I just checked my account and the subscription shows as canceled, but I still got charged.
Details:
Amount charged: COP 180,708
Date & time: yesterday at 11:46 p.m.
Payment method: debit card
This money is basically all I had in that account, so I really need it back.
I don’t understand why I was charged if the subscription was already canceled, and I don’t want any more charges in the future.
I already contacted pro@support.opera.com
asking for a refund as soon as possible, but I wanted to ask here too:
Has this happened to anyone else?
How long did it take to get your refund?
Is there anything else I should do?
