If I see a browser option to 'Show all bookmarks' I assume that clicking it will show my bookmarks. But that's not what Opera does. All it shows are bookmark folders. Please change this so that actual bookmarks are shown, as well as their containing folders. Or at least make it an option.

While we're on the subject, an option to leave the 'Show all bookmarks' sidebar open all the time would be extraordinarily helpful. Being able to open my bookmark folders to the section related to my current task, and having that view stay on screen, is an enormous time-saver. Currently, to do that in Opera, I have to install the V7 Bookmarks sidebar extension.
