I recently formatted my PC, and when trying to sync my Opera browser, I encountered an issue. When I tried to enable synchronization, it asked me to verify my identity through a passphrase. I decided to reset the passphrase thinking it would fix the issue, but after doing so, I found that:

All my synced data in the cloud was deleted (passwords, bookmarks, history, etc.).
I couldn't recover my passwords or the data that was previously synced, as the reset deleted them.
Everything related to synchronization was lost, since my PC was also formatted and I don't have a backup of the data.
I would like to know if there is any way to recover this data or if there is any alternative to restore what was lost, as I don't use a password manager and relied on Opera's synchronization.

I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions on how to solve this issue.
