Problems changing .css stylesheet in OperaOpera for Linux
I'm having a problem changing Opera's css-stylesheet, I edited the file default.css
(.config/opera/Extensions/kccohkcpppjjkkjppopfnflnebibpida/1.44.4_0/css/themes/default.css) but it didn't have an effect. What I added to the .css file is multi-row_tabs.css from https://github.com/MrOtherGuy/firefox-csshacks/tree/master/chrome, lots of .css stylesheets there, you might want to check. I tried to do some searching on these forums and on Google and Duckduckgo but didn't find help for this. I'm running on Ubuntu 22.04.1 lts and Opera 92.0.4561.21. I also have the same problem with Firefox, couldn't get multiple tab rows in it either. Changed ...chrome/userChrome.css but it didn't have an effect either. Is there a switch in Opera that needs to be changed to get the stylesheet to work? I would be thankful if someone could help with this problem (and the Firefox problem maybe, tho it's an another competing browser, maybe I'll need to write to the Firefox forums too) :-). -
RE: Opera Linux browser - h.264 support (through x264 open source codec)Opera for Linux
Someone could make a webpage out of this issue including the github link! I couldn't find this information doing searches with Google, Duckduckgo.

RE: Opera Linux browser - h.264 support (through x264 open source codec)Opera for Linux
@styen Thanks, that worked! I was thinking I'd need Widevine, but didn't find good instructions of how to install it tho doing some searching. What I found was this but it didn't help: https://forums.opera.com/topic/28663/widevine-and-opera/65 . You could mark this thread as outdated, bad (?), or post the link you sent here in that thread. I didn't need to reinstall Opera btw.

RE: Opera Linux browser - h.264 support (through x264 open source codec)Opera for Linux
I have version 91.0.4516.20 and I get the error "Sorry, we're having trouble playing this video." for some Facebook videos. I tried the script, also disabling hardware acceleration, copying libffmpeg.so to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opera/lib_extra/ . I also have the proprietary codecs installed (ubuntu-restricted-extras). It used to work but I lost all my configurations some time ago and now it doesn't work.

Opera config lost after removing snapd with purgeOpera for Linux
Hi! I lost my Opera tabs, bookmarks, configuration files when I did 'apt-get purge snapd', I tried to remove it because I had problems updating the snap-store because the task couldn't get killed. Does Opera have backups of configuration files somewhere? Tried different tab managers I had installed earlier, also Opera sync but they didn't help with the problem. I did a dist-upgrade for the Ubuntu also after removing snapd, now I have Ubuntu 22.04.1 but am missing my Opera configs!
