@jetstream-coomer I am also getting this quite sometimes and it is pretty annoying. It happens frequently in some specific websites. I already tried disabling all my extensions because I thought one of them could be causing this, but I still face this problem.
I can mention some of the sites that this happens:

https://stackoverflow.com (at the moment it is working but it breaks quite often, similarly to the image above, it partially bugs, I can still see some lines of the page)
When that happens I just open Chrome to access the page normally, but it is annoying.
