So I stream and I use a plugin for optional closed captions. It goes through this website above and when you login you get something like this.

The issue is, is when I click the button that says "Click to Start Captions" nothing happens. I am not sure why as this works on any other browser. I am wondering if it is because I have a certain option or permission checked/unchecked. I hope someone can help as launching another browser to get this to work is an annoying inconvenience. Will attach a photo of what it looks like working as well.
