Had the same problem for a very, very long time.
Imagine I did a cleanup on my phone and now the speed dial bookmarks that I deleted (a lot of them!) are again all back!
When will you fix this problem?

After updating to Opera One I like this browser less and less.
I already installed Vivaldi. If there is no improvement in Opera and when I feel comfortable enough to switch to Vivaldi I will probably do so.
