the answer I found inside the file /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opera-developer/resources/widevine_config.json. I saw that vivaldi opened the spotfy webplayer without any problems, so I looked in the browser folders for the folder that the opera file directed. After finding vivaldi's WidevineCdm folder, I created the following directory in - /opt/google/chrome/ - after that I went to - /var/opt/vivaldi - and copied the WidevineCdm folder into - /opt/google/chrome / -. I closed the opera and opened it again and everything went smoothly
