Say I've got a side-by side of two browser windows, I want to put them back as one window so I drag the single tab to the window with multiple tabs.
The result is that I now have the window I want, with all my tabs in one place, but another window is left behind with Opera GX Corner displayed.
If I'm moving a window with a single tab to a window with multiple tabs, I don't want a pointless window to remain open, the whole point was to consolidate everything to one place.
Not a deal breaker or anything, but frustrating and inefficient.
Also, sometimes the tab doesn't 'latch' on to the other window, which then leaves me with my multiple tab window, a lone-tab window, and a GX Corner window. So when I try to merge the single tab again, I'm left with two GX Corner windows to close.
Solution?: Please can there be a way of combining all open windows to one? Maybe if you had multiple tabs in multiple windows, they could be combined to tab groups within the single window?
This would also be handy for workflow as I find myself having to organise tabs to one browser window before shutting off my system, so that I can pick up where I left off next time. The reason for this is that GX does load back the tabs you had open, but only for the last window you had open before shutting down your system.
