First thing:

Why does my opera gx look like this:
instead of like this:
and how do i change it (or what's the problem)

Second and last thing:

I've looked everywhere and I've came to the conclusion that Gx corner and Gx control (the ram limiter) simply are not present in my computer, even tho I downloaded this browser just for that.

Btw: I'm using windows 10 and my computer can definitely run those options (I even have a good graphics card on it and an intelcore i9)
