I have the same problem here.
$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=22.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=jammy
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS"
$ uname -a
Linux guilherme-campos 5.19.0-1007-nvidia-lowlatency #7-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Wed Jan 25 00:08:13 UTC 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
$ opera

But running this way it works:
$ opera --no-sandbox
