When I originally switched from Chrome to Opera GX and realized it didn't have it, I went back to Chrome, but I came back because I liked Opera GX more overall, but I still miss the tab grouping.
How do you enable Opera Link in v21 (Windows)?

Instructions to enable Opera 24 say "if you're using Opera on a computer, click on the cloud icon in the lower left corner of the browser window, then select "Enable
synchronization" and log in with your Opera account."

No it does not, those are the instructions for 12.x and older.

Press 'F1' or 'O-Menu / Help' from within Opera 24 for help and general instructions.
