Opera GX feels like it's constantly buffering. It will work completely fine for 3 seconds and then everything starts to have a 3 second delay (everything, every button press, every tool tip, every highlighted piece of UI, every key press, everything runs slow), and then it goes by to normal for 3 seconds. It's making it completely unusable. I've tried the usual fixes people are suggesting like disabling ad blockers, fixing the ANGLE Flag, changing my Graphics Acceleration settings, disabling all additional features, updating the browser, restarting my PC, I'm completely out of ideas and it's really frustrating. Would be incredibly grateful if someone could help out.
