Yeah, deleting the history file worked for me, thanks!
it's frustrating to lose your history for such a small bug, I hope the developers will fix it soon

Yeah with the command it doesn't freeze, how can i put these commands into my opera.exe without a .bat?

Opera freezes every time I launch it.
If a window stays open, no problem, but as soon as I close it and open it, it freezes for 10-20 seconds since the last update.
