Probably a little late, but I had the same problem and fix it by:
1- Open OperaGX in your phone
2- Go to my Flow
3- Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and go to settings
4- Search for manage devices under My Flow Tab
5- Hit disconnect all devices
If this doesn't work try to do the same with the pc Client.
