Problem:
When I try to disable dark mode from http:// or https:// pages, it works, but when I try to disable it from file:// pages, it disable it.

Steps:

• Create a local html file
• Open html file in the browser
• Make sure dark mode is enabled
• Right click the html page in the browser
• Click "Disable force dark page"
