RAM limiter is a really useful tool for me since I don't have very strong hardware. When the limit is reached, it "blanks out" tabs that are not used currently. I want to exclude some pages(for example Hangouts with a running meeting), or somehow mark them, not to be closed and refreshed when clicked.

Is this something that's possible, and if so, how can I achieve it?
