So, you deleted the "Opera GX Stable" folder in both "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software" and "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software" to wipe out all your data and settings to start over fresh in Opera?
Note that in Windows Explorer (File Explorer), under "View -> Show", you'll want to enable "file extensions" and "hidden items" so you can see your AppData folder.
