I can't find the correct extension for cold turkey on opera, whenever I click on the "Install Blocker Extension" on the page dedicated to opera, it takes me to chrome web store page for the cold tureky, extension, which does not work well on opera.
I tried on Opera as well as Opera GX, and even tried on several devices, the same thing happens.

Any solution, or recommendations where to find the correct link for opera extension
