I made this account specifically for the reason to say this extension is alright at best.
I mean it does as advertised but when ever you try to download a video it barrages you with ads and I mean redirects and everything. So in the end if there's a video you what to download and you don't want to pay for youtube premium then you could use this but I don't recommend it. For the soul reason all of the ads.
