Hi Opera Moderators and Support Team,
I am completely locked out of my main Opera account because I lost access to my Authenticator app and unfortunately, my backup recovery codes are gone.
I have tried reaching out via email but was redirected here. I am the original owner of the account and I am willing to provide any necessary proof of ownership (IP address, device info, creation date) to verify my identity.
Could a moderator please help me escalate this to the support team to manually disable the 2FA or do a full account reset? I understand that my synced data might be wiped for security reasons, I just need access to the email/account back.
