Its a beautiful option for wallpaper in either case.

I enjoy watching the Japanese version where cherry blossoms fall on dirt, rocks & snow, its more interesting than a 2 sec. quickie, a cut off cheapens it, software program is incomplete.
Most want a less abrupt animation, like a breath, more deeply taken, relaxes us.
