I downloaded opera-stable_80.0.4170.63_amd64.deb to Ubuntu 20.04. When I open the containing folder in Software Installer it says, "Failed to install file: not supported".

Can Opera with VPN be used to have a file added to a local folder on one computer automatically added to the corresponding local folder on another computer?
