I am using the latest Opera, for Windows 11 on an AMD 64-bit laptop. It updates for me automatically. But this is annoying.

Every time I use Opera browser on Windows 11 on my laptop, after a short while, there is a popup window with "right to withdraw consent", I find this very annoying, and has been going on for a very long time. And one day I actually went into the browser settings and blocked all the URLs involved, but that didn't stop it.
