so i have malware bytes but its off right now, i try to minimize the amount of tabs, no vpn on, my internet can handle a good 70mbs person, and still its very slow, my internetlimiter isnt even on btw 
(dont mind the steam unlocked and upload haven tabs its for my cousin since he got noo money lol) anyways even for normal files for example blender(i already have):
it goes really fast and after finishing another game "pirated like the pc builder" there are no files that slow down the download speed just some malware that i can delete that only are about 700mb in total
any answers?
