I'd ask the developers of the extension. Its pretty much on them to make sure support is working for older versions of Opera.

po zainstalowaniu rozszerzenia "You Tube Center" okazuje się, że niestety nie mam możliwości zmiany jego ustawień.

O ile pamiętam to rozszerzenie konfiguruje się na stronie Youtube, pojawia się dodatkowa belka.
