Everytime i format my pc and installing the operagx i have to install one by one extensions in the chrome web store and change the settings so what im gonna suggest is operagx should be able to install automatically extensions and change the settings from the opera gx sync like it is reccovering the passwords for example if you log in from the chrome web browser it will automatically install the previous extensions and settings that before was installed and changed settings on the logged in.

I think add an internet speed limiter on sidebar,you can limit opera gx's internet usage example: set limit to 300kb or 1mbpsl etc.
