I would like to request that when you have the dev tools (Inspect element) open, and right click on the reload icon, it brings up a tooltip with 3 options: Reload, Hard Reload and Empty Cache and hard reload.
As a web developer, this is a really useful feature to have, and it's one that is stopping me making the full switch to Opera over Chrome.
