Can you try uninstalling and re-installing the plugin (I can't remember if I'd added clear-cache functionality to the Opera version)
If that still doesn't work, I've got some fixes scheduled for the coming weeks that I need to get to, I'll add this to the list. Just in the middle of settling on a house and getting all my belongings shipped back from the UK, but once I've got my development machine back, I'll take a look!
