I am experiencing that with Opera 100.0.4815.30,
Kubuntu 22.04.2 LTS,
KDE 5.24.7,
Xorg 2:21.1.4-2ubuntu1.7~22.04.1
Of my 18 windows there are always 2 random windows stealing focus once in several minutes or so.
