Does that png from my iphone show Opera One?

I booked Opera VPN Pro for Windows. There it works. But I'm unable to activate VPN Pro on the iPhone though I'm working on all devices with the same account. What can be the reason for the problem? Is there an old version of Opera in the german Apple store?

I got hints about Opera One for iOS, but coudn't find in the Apple store.
