You can move it back to the top: press Ctrl+L, type opera:flags#WebUI-navigation-bar, press Enter, select "Disabled" from the drop-down, and restart the Opera / Można przenieść go z powrotem do góry: naciśnij Ctrl+L, wpisz opera:flags#WebUI-navigation-bar, naciśnij Enter, wybierz "Wyłączone" z listy rozwijanej, i ponownie uruchom Operę.
