@leocg: This warning appears just because opera wants to close the window. If I have this warning disabled, the window will just close.

Why does opera want to close the window?

If you click "cancel", then every time you switch workspaces again, the warning will be shown. This is another bug.

The bug is reproduced if two windows are open.
If one window is open, everything works correctly.

@leocg: An empty workspace with an express bar was created.

@leocg: Previously, space 2 would close and space 1 would open. But it didn't close the whole window.

@leocg: How can a workspace have multiple windows?
One window can have multiple workspaces.

I have 10 tabs in one workspace and 5 tabs in a second workspace. If I close the 5 tabs in the second one, the whole window will close and I will lose the 10 tabs in the first workspace.
