I am astonished to find, how many times this has been brought up, but still not addressed. It's 2019, guys. Chrome, Firefox, Edge (yes!) - all can open apps on my phone, but not Opera (incl. Touch). If this was the intention few years ago, it's time to reconsider it, urgently. Online payments with iDeal (primary payment system in the Netherlands) are a massive pain with Opera, and with Opera only, because it can't open the banking app (ABN AMRO, but any other, really) for confirmation.
