I 100% agree with this. I started using opera yesterday and I turned off whatsapp specifically because I do not want the program anywhere near my computer. Then it pops back up on my sidebar today again. I switch it off AGAIN and I have spent the last 3 hours trying to find a solution that doesn't require me to download a third party software to remove this permanently. I can not find one.
If I choose to not use a program then that choice should be respected. I do not want to have to reaffirm my choice every few days or as some keep suggesting to me on the forums, just ignore it.
I do not want it, I chose to remove it.
If you can not prevent from returning then I will find another browser, there are many to choose from. I may go back to firefox, it may be not as good but at least I could control my workspace better.
