2025 and still having this issue on Opera One latest version
It happens way too often, half the time if not more I try to move a tab from one window to another Opera will crash, it's almost certain it will crash whenever I try to.

A button similar to Lucid Mode or Video pop out, but instead it changes the size of whatever video is on a webpage to fit the entire window, kinda like full screen but without full screen.
Similar to Youtube Theater mode button, but instead of the video taking most of the window, it is resized so that it fits into as much of the web page space, and then you can scroll up or down to see the rest of the web page, similar to how Youtube Enhancer, the browser extension uses Theater Mode.
Similar to how Netflix and HBO Max players take the entire window.
