Sad to see Opera turn its back on an OS. I've been using Opera as my primary browser since it was paid-for, and on Windows, Mac and Linux since then. Seems I'm no longer welcome.
Haavard's quote: "I wish some former employees would stop making up stuff about Opera. Misinformation always spreads far before it's corrected." was interesting, especially as there's been no correction or comment about the state of the Linux version since then. (Or maybe I'm wrong - feel free to correct me if that's the case, anyone.)
And if they do bother to make a Linux version now, they've made it very clear that it's a poor cousin, likely to remain at the bottom of the queue for features, big fixes and so on, so why would we Linux users possibly think it was a good idea to use it any more?
