Still wondering if there's a way to fix this? I've yet to find anything about it from anyone else.

Small update, it appears to only happen when I disable Hardware Acceleration?

Whenever I fullscreen on a videoplayer and alt tab out there's another process of Opera GX with the same stuff up for a split second and then it immediately disappears and doesn't stop unless I un-fullscreen, I reset my settings for the browser and it's still doing it.
This is an example of what it looks like when it's there and then immediately after it vanishes, I've tried other browsers as well and they don't have this issue so I'm not really sure what to do.
