opera://settings/passwords?search=password shows no passwords (although if look in the "Login Data" file, there are over 1400 entries.
Adding new passwords or importing a CSV of the saved password list does not do anything, settings/password will still not show anything.

I am logged into my opera account and I am trying to sync .--
If I check opera://sync-internals , I see this error:

Error: MergeSyncData@components/password_manager/core/browser/sync/password_sync_bridge.cc:591, datatype error was encountered: Failed to add an entry in the password store.

This has happened after the last Opera update . I am now at version :

Opera MAC 94.0.4606.101 (Opera GX OPR/94.0.4606.101) channel(Stable)

Please help.

@leocg I did. No go, sorry. I had two Opera items in they Key Chain, deleted both, passwords still do not import/sync.

@leocg I have removed opera completely , then logged in and I still fail to sync the passwords from my opera online account. So it’s not the data folder that’s broken , but rather whatever that it is trying to download from my opera account.
