@jevanjeeyakuza It's bad coz it's ongoing and we are losing many points. The strange part is that the daily streak is okay and unbroken. I wonder what could be the problem

@soyskyy I emailed them twice already, on Monday and today. I also attached screenshots. Waiting for their response.

@Sabiq4464 I use Opera Mini and I managed to redeem on Saturday, but after many failed attempts coz there was server errors or issues. The following day, I didn't get my 32 EAYB points. I also didn't get them today and yesterday. I'm not sure if it's because of the server errors/issues or what?

Also my Opera Mini is not yet updated with the CELO rewards feature and there is currently no update on Google Play Store.

@Jobungash You can still redeem. The problem I noticed is that redeeming is random and it happens at different times on different days for each individual. I redeemed on Saturday past 9pm CAT and got my third dollar, but I missed it the previous week.

@soyskyy Uuuum, it's daylight robbery if we don't get our points. It's not our fault that their server was down. Something is fishy coz I only have one Google account on one device and I never logged out, so I don't know why my EAYB points are not reflecting and were not credited, but my daily streak points are reflecting as usual.

I didn't get my EAYB points on 10, 12 and 13 May 2026, so that's 96 points gone and lost. If it keeps happening, then it means I will keep losing many points without any explanation from Opera. It's not fair. I feel cheated and robbed. I'm not happy.

@Amvbro Yes I believe @moonlitemoney is just pulling our legs coz the celo rewards program hasn't started yet. I use Opera Mini and it still hasn't been updated with the celo rewards feature.

@soyskyy Do you think Opera will give us our points for that day? Coz they must credit me 64 points now

@Jobungash On second thoughts, I realised that there probably were multiple jackpot winners, therefore you shared the $250 with the other winners, hence you received only $9.50. Could it be because of that maybe?

I didn't get my 32 Earn As You Browse points on 10 May 2026 and another 32 points today 12 May 2026. I normally get these points early in the morning from about past 4am to around past 6am to 7am Central Africa Time. I got my daily streak points but I didn't get my EAYB points.

Is there anyone who also didn't get their EAYB points on these dates or on any date? I emailed Opera yesterday morning and I'm still waiting for their response.

@Jobungash Thank you for the information. I'm aware of it and I think most of us if not all of us are aware of it. Problem is no one knows the day and time it resets which makes it very tricky and difficult to redeem our points. One has to check regularly or often to see if the redeem button is available which is tiring.

I understand that Opera is promoting the use of their browsers and MiniPay, but they must also understand that we can't stay on the browser the whole day just to catch redemption. We use the browsers and have always used them for many years and we will continue using them regardless we are rewarded or not, therefore redemption must not be a catch.

Opera must try to come up with more ways of rewarding users. That's my 2 cents.
