No no, it was accessible on 3-bar icon. it was sitting next to the download icon. Well, not the option is gone. I even went to settings -- there no options.

That 3 bars icon in the upper right side does not display such options anymore.

I also have side subject just now. When it is time to update, Opera will not allow me to access that tabs. Only after the update, Opera allows me to access tabs.

why are you doing this enforcement?

I have been loyal to Opera ever since its inception decades ago
