i cant, or am not sure how to change my f1 key to open opra instead of edge

i recently switched to opera, and i encountered this issue. i cant seem to find how to make my f1 key to open opera rather than microsoft edge. i have turned on advanced keyboard shortcuts, but I'm not entirely sure on what to do after that. could anyone help?
