Hi @btrumbo @some-random-username, you can open the bookmarks manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+B, or open the speed dial page using Ctrl+Space, or Alt+Home.
You can change the keyboard shortcuts for many functions (also for some of the O-menu's items, like bookmarks manager, or speed dial), just go to Settings (Alt+P) > Browser > Shortcuts, and press "Configure Shortcuts" button (or paste opera:settings/configureCommands into the address bar, and press Enter).
