Just in case you didn't know, in the edit dialog for a workspace, you can click the emoji icon and pick from a whole bunch of emojis. There's even a little shade control to control the color for some emojis (like hand gestures).
In Opera GX specifically, there used to also be an option to choose animated gifs and pics from the clipboard, but that never worked, so I guess it was removed.
