Yes we have Ctrl + Tab, but when you have many tabs open I think the Scroll wheel comes in handy to move around faster. Instead of having to move the mouse to the left / right side, you could scroll up/down to move to the left / right.

While Ctrl + Tab is held down and hovering cursor on a tab:

The scroll button could open an action menu (Held down, hover on one action and release button to execute the action, to discard just move the cursor out of the selection area), if hovering over a tab to manage it (Close, Copy URL, Bookmarks or even add more actions from settings), I think 8 actions for the limit but that's just an opinion
