@realluk: If you click on the extension box in your browser on the right you will see a "pin it " option.this will put it in your browser.By the way I tried the ghostery app.It worked great for a while and then my internet speed slowed down and after a few days crashed.This happened 3 times.Maybe you will have better luck.
