I just noticed the same thing (on Linux)! I had to put my settings in light mode to get rid of this.

I, I am facing just the same issue. In my case this occurs only in tabs on the same site (grouped by Opera)

I don't have much time to play with it, but switching to non-dark mode solved the issue for me. I guess that installing a new theme should do the trick too
