I pay for game maker but now i reseted my computer and lost my backup code and the authenticator dont work!

basically i decide do reset my computer, but i forgot to put the backup codes on the backup folder, now i lost it and i want to join in my account but the authenticator dont work, and i pay for game maker, what i do?? i need of help because i dont know if i need join on my account to remove the payment, please help me!
