I have the same problem as this poster (https://forums.opera.com/topic/28684/sync-enabled-but-nothing-is-syncing?_=1717556227637) - nothing is syncing between my laptop and never has. I have tried various common-sense solutions but nothing is working. I can see everything that should sync at https://www.sync.opera.com/ but...how?!
